Tying ribbons

Tying ribbons

- it is important that the ribbons are tied thoroughly. Both neatly and comfortably, so that they do not strangle the foot. The length of the ribbon for one tip is 2m, which is then divided into four parts. They are sewn where the heel bends inwards and ribbons are sewn where the heel ends.

- when you have the shoe ready, grab the inner ribbon and wrap it around the instep and ankle. The ribbon should be taut and you should keep it taut before tying it. Pay attention to the rule that we only tie the ribbons when the entire foot is on the ground, not on the toe.

- then wrap the outer ribbon in the same way. While doing this, pay attention to the inner ribbon so that it stays where it should.

- the ribbons are crossed over the instep and wrapped over each other around the ankle. Then tie both ends to two knots on the inside of the ankle.

- do not cut the excess ribbons. You should have about 4 to 5 cm of ribbon left so that they can be easily tied.

- tuck the knot and the remaining ends under the ribbons so that the tying looks neat. If nothing is strangling you and at the same time ribbons are not allowed, you have it right. :O)
